The Diagnomed GmbH was founded in the stunning cathedral city of Cologne in September 2022. In order to give patients comprehensive access to diagnostics and therapeutic drugs even in remote places, this company was founded on a pandemic-competent premise.

Our mission is to provide all-in one place shop for the most advanced IVDs (immunoassays and molecular diagnostics), Point-of-Care (POC) rapid testing, and medical devices made mainly in Europe and the United States for both human and veterinary diseases like infectious diseases, cancer, autoimmune diseases, gynecology, and others. Pharmaceutical therapeutic drugs are also offered with the intention of giving disease treatment priority.

We are further dedicated to providing our clients with cutting-edge/state-of-the-art high-quality biomedical/biotechnology/life science research reagents, consumables, and laboratory equipment. Our products are CE-certified and ISO-approved. Our global manufacturing partners enable us to offer diverse panels of products. Our mission is to make health care and research more accessible as quickly as possible.

Our multidisciplinary team is able to provide advisory and services in a wide range of medical and scientific areas such as preclinical antiviral/non-antiviral drug development, IVDs, clinical trials, ICH-GCP, clinical research monitoring, clinical study reports (CSRs) of pharmaceutical products and clinical evaluation reports (CERs) of medical devices, MDR-GSPRs, medical device risk analysis, and their regulatory affairs.
